changes arrived #01 | Personal

Pois é, pois é, o blogue mudou mesmo de plataforma e de aspeto! Porquê? Bom... Já há algum tempo que procuro por um template mais minimalista mas,simultaneamente, arrojado coisa que os templates dos blogues do Sapo não me permitem - ou permitem, mas apenas trabalhando com muito html, coisa que eu até sei fazer mas não de modo profissional. Assim, comecei a ver templates base do Blogger e deparei-me com um mundo de possibilidades. Foi aí que decidi que iria mudar a plataforma pois não somente me permitia mais possibilidade de layouts como também mais widgets e posts interativos. Então, pus mãos ao trabalho e ao fim de 50 horas a trabalhar em html posso dizer-vos que estou muito feliz com o resultado final e mais feliz ainda por poder dizer que fui eu que o fiz surgir. Agora já podem seguir o blogue pelo GFC e ter acesso mais fácil e direto à loja online do blog, à sua página de Facebook e ao meu Instagram. Têm, também, uma página "sobre mim" e ainda têm a possibilidade de subscrever o blogue - ou seja, receber todas as novidades e posts no vosso e-mail.

Espero que tenham gostado do novo aspeto do blogue e não se preocupem: amanhã há post novo, nem que a vaca tussa!!!

So yeah, I really changed blog platform and appearance! Why? Well... Some time ago I started looking for a more minimalist template but Sapo blogs did not allow me to do this - or allowed, but only working with a lot of html, which I know how to do but not professionally. So I began to look for base Blogger templates and came upon a world of possibilities. So I decided that I really would change the platform because it not only allowed me more chance of layouts as well as more interactive widgets and posts. So I started working and after 50 hours working in html I can tell you that I am very happy with the result and even happier to say that it was me who did it all. Now you can follow the blog by GFC and have easier and direct access to the blog's online store, its Facebook page and my Instagram. You also have an "about me" page and still have the possibility to subscribe to the blog - what means you are allowed to receive all updates and posts in your email.

I hope you like the new look of the blog and do not worry: there will be a new post tomorrow!!!

Olá meninas!
Devem estar a perguntar-se porque é que tenho andado ausente e o porquê de o único post que publiquei nestes três dias ter sido tão fraquinho. Bom, é muito simples! Lembram-se de vos falar que estava a mudar algumas coisas na minha vida? Pois é, meninas. Já há algum tempo que o tenho vindo a fazer mas desta vez estou prestes a desafiar-me e a cometer uma loucura pois, desta vez, a mudança é física! Sim, é verdade e posso dizer-vos que nunca nada do que fiz me deixou com tanto medo e, ao mesmo tempo, tão ansiosa como isto mas quando coloco uma ideia na cabeça a única maneira de a tirar de lá é mesmo render-me a ela - se correr mal sempre tenho alternativas que podem ajudar a remediar a situação!
Não vou adiantar-vos o que é porque quero que seja uma surpresa total mas posso dizer-vos que, se resultar como desejo, vocês (talveeeez) irão adorar! Esta pequena, mas muito grande (!), mudança está para muito breve e até ao fim desta semana tê-la-ão desvendada no instagram.
Será que conseguem descobrir qual é sozinhas? Vão estando atentas! ;)

Hello girls!

You should be asking yourself why I've been away from here and why the only post I published these three days was so puny. Well, it's very simple! Remember when I said I was changing some things in my life? Yeah, girls. I have been doing it for some time now but this time I'm about to challenge me and committing a folly because this time, the change is physical! Yes, it's true and I can tell you that I never did anything that made me so scared and at the same time so anxious like this but when I put an idea in mind the only way to get there is surrender to it - if it goes wrong I always have alternatives that can help correct the situation!

I will not tell you what it is because I want it to be a total surprise but I can tell you that if it results as I hope it will, you (maybe) will love it! This small, but very big (!), change is coming very soon and by the end of this week I will reveal it on instagram.

Pois é, meninas! Estes dias têm sido dias de revolução em mim e na minha cabeça. Há muito tempo que ando para me soltar de certas coisas que abraço com demasiado carinho e que não me têm acrescentado nada - pelo contrário. Então, depois de muito pensar e não chegar a conclusão nenhuma, apercebi-me de que o correto é, em vez de pensar em tudo, pensar em mim e dar prioridade ao que gosto e ao que me faz bem. Desse modo, mudanças já se começaram a notar em mim desde há uns dias para cá e não penso voltar atrás em qualquer uma das decisões que tomei. Assim como na minha vida, também no blog, vão existir mudanças.

Hey, girls! These have been days of revolution in me and in my head. It's been a long time since I started wanting to leave certain things that I have embraced with too much affection and have not added anything to me - only the opposite. So, after thinking a lot about it not coming to any conclusion, I realized that the right thing to do is, instead of thinking at it all, think of me and give priority to what I like and what make me feel good. Thus, changes have begun to be noticed in me from a few days ago till now and I'm not thinking about going back on any of the decisions I made. Likewise, in the blog will also happen some changes.

serenata monumental de coimbra 2014 | Personal

Pois é, meninas! É já amanhã que acontece a Serenata Monumental de Coimbra e, desta vez, trajo eu pela primeiríssima vez!
Desde já queria pedir imensa desculpa pela minha ausência prolongada aqui no blog mas não me foi mesmo possível, pelos mais variados motivos, fazer os posts com calma e com qualidade para vos apresentar. Daí os últimos posts terem sido um pouco mais "pessoais" e "fraquinhos". Desculpem, desculpem!
Agora falando da noite de amanhã: estou muito entusiasmada e só quero que chegue o momento de erguer Capa e Batina pela primeira vez - estarei cheia de orgulho - e, mais tarde, a serenata, para despejar todas as lágrimas que tenho presas dentro de mim - as que pertencem a Coimbra e todas as outras, alheias à bela cidade, que tenho guardado a sete chaves para fazer prevalecer o meu melhor sorriso.
Vai ser, sem dúvida, uma noite de muitas emoções - boas e más - mas ninguém disse que seria fácil...

It's already tomorrow that happens the Coimbra's Monumental Serenade and, this time, it's me who garb for the very first time!

At first I want to say sorry for being away from the blog but I had not the possibility, for a variety of reasons, to make the posts with quality. That's why the recent posts have been a little more "personal" and "soft". Sorry, sorry!

Now speaking about tomorrow night: I am very excited and just want to raise my Capa and Batina the first time - I will be filled with pride - and, later, the serenade, to dump all the tears that I have trapped inside me - those belonging to Coimbra and all the others (unrelated to the beautiful city) that I have kept to enforce my best smile.

It will be, undoubtedly, a night of many emotions - good and bad ones - but nobody said it would be easy...
